How Do They Work?

Using an Automatic Shrink Wrap Machine is straightforward and efficient. The product is automatically fed into the machine and wrapped in shrink film. The machine then seals the film around the product, before passing it through a heat tunnel where the film shrinks tightly. Exiting the tunnel, the product is securely wrapped and ready for shipment or storage.

Automatic Side Sealers

A fully automatic packaging shrink wrap machine begins with an output rate of 25-30 packs per minute and moves up to and beyond 100 packs per minute. This removes direct operator involvement whilst maintaining enough flexibility to be customised for most shrink pack profiles.
