Seal-and-Shrink Packaging Equipment

Seal-and-Shrink Packaging Equipment includes the following packaging equipment:-
Chamber Machine and Bubble Machine.

These packaging machines have a L-sealer which has stored heat within the body of the sealer and they are fitted with a plastic hood.

Automatic L - Sealer & Shrink Tunnel

A range of Automatic L sealers and Shrink Tunnel packaging equipment is available:-
Manual /Semi-automatic / Fully automatic L-sealer and shrink tunnel.

This shrink wrap equipment offers shrink packaging with progressively higher output speeds, up to 30 packs per minute.

Side-Sealing Shrink Wrap Equipment

Side-sealing shrink wrap equipment comprises two-belt/ static sealer head or three-belt/ continuous or box motion sealer head, providing display shrink packaging at high speeds with output from 30 up to 80 packs per minute.



Flow shrink wrapping equipment

Flow shrink wrapping equipment uses a single reel of generally display shrink film to produce packs at high speed, mainly in the food industry on products such as pizza, fruit and vegetables.

Roll shrink wrapping equipment

Roll shrink wrapping equipment uses two rolls of display shrink film to wrap small diameter reels at high speed for applications such as gift wrap, wallpaper and posters.

Sleeve/ bundle/ transit shrink wrapping equipment

Sleeve/ bundle/ transit packaging equipment uses two rolls of polyethylene shrink film to create a shrink wrap open on two of the four sides of the pack at variable shrink wrapping speeds to suit production.
