Blocking
It is essential that films do not block. This can happen with flat as well as folded film. However, this failure generally occurs with folded material. Blocking causes the film to fail to open easily and ultimately may cause the film to be rejected. Anti blocking agents can assist in avoiding this problem. Care needs to be taken during manufacture to ensure that film does not block.
