Ultra Polyolefin Shrink Films

We have introduced a range of technically advanced Polyolefin shrink films, with a broad applications base, which offer the best of machineability, strength, packaging presentation and cost competitiveness.

Within this unique Polyolefin shrink film range, we are able to offer irradiated cross linked formulations, copolymer polypropylenes and multi-layer complexes. We have designed the Polyolefin film to be as comprehensive as possible; to fulfil packaging needs, from modest manual packaging equipment, through to high speed fully automatic shrink wrapping machines on packs that require simple work horse shrink wrap films to those where superior strength and abuse resistance are paramount.

Our range of Ultra Polyolefin shrink wrap films offer the following:-

Ultra TH Polyolefin Shrink Films

Ultra TH - these are a series of five layer complexes offering exceptional machineability . They are particularly suited to fully automatic side seal lines.

Ultra SPLN Polyolefin Shrink Films

Ultra SPLN - these have been designed specifically to replace PVC shrink films on conventional equipment. They are noted for their ability to seal and shrink particularly easily.

Ultra JZ Polyolefin Shrink Films

JZ - these include both irradiated as well as more conventional multi-layer films from a new, cutting edge manufacturer.

Ultra FO Polyolefin Shrink Films

Ultra FO - these offer particular slip attributes which are generally not found elsewhere. As a consequence, they have applications where other films fail.

Ultra RC Polyolefin Shrink Films

Ultra RC - these are noted for their strength both during processing as well as on the final pack. This attribute is key to maximising performance.
