Perforated Overwrap & Printed Shrink Packaging
Whilst we are renowned for our shrink film, in addition to our unique range of shrink wrap
film we have evolved a unique range of shrink packaging which include
overwrap and
flow wrap shrink films.
These films incorporate semi-rigid PVC shrink films , coextruded polypropylene, polyester
and multi-layer complexes - which may involve up to 7 layers.
We also offer a range of Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films, specially
tailored to meet a broad range of overwrap applications.
The overwrap range offers exceptional machineability from semi-rigid PVC as well
as polypropylene, whilst both films can be formulated to shrink, enhancing the final
pack presentation.
Our flow wrap range has an array of formulations that are all designed to offer
maximum production throughput, with zero reject rates and total reel to reel consistency.
All our
shrink wrap films and other non shrink film materials that we offer may
be printed.
The print technology that is used is unparalleled; shrink as well as inert films are printed in up to eight
colours, in register or randomly. This technology also incorporates the building
of multi-layer complex films, using different polymer layers and aluminium.
We also offer a variety of perforation patterns using a very wide range of base
films so that our customers can significantly improve final pack results as well
as process a variety of
food products where appropriate rates of gas and vapour transmission are
needed.

Special Application Materials
We offer a range of materials designed to satisfy applications that include lidding
and air cushion manufacture.
These lidding materials include various technically advanced shrink films that are suitable for
freezing, conventional and microwave cooking, and steam cooking. They are particularly
suitable to the
ready meals industry, as well as the broader food sector.
In summary, through the addition of specialised products, as described above, we
have sought to augment our shrink wrap film range, so that we may meet any
requirement where a presentation medium film is required.
