Our sealers bridge the gap between manual stand-alone sealers
and bubble units and fully automatic shrink wrap machinery.
Solenoid lock-down and power take-off are fitted as standard. The two clamps are
placed at the front of the sealer, to ensure the maximisation of sealing pressure
- which is an essential requirement for any sealer.
Full height adjustment is easily achieved, and the same applies to the film reel
- which simply sits on ball-race rollers, whilst its position is secured by locking
guides.
Shrink film perforation is offered by a fully adjustable pin wheel, which may be
moved to maximise the effectiveness of the air evacuation system.
Seal temperature adjustment is carried-out by the compensation method, ensuing that
consistent temperatures are maintained.
Sealers link by conveyors or shutes to compatible
shrink tunnels, which offer live silicon sleeved roller conveyors -
mesh can be added - and full air control throughout the chamber - on all four sides.
The combination of air placement, velocity and temperature is outstanding; automatic
cool-down is offered as a standard feature.
Semi-Automatic shrink wrapping machine
An alternative semi-automatic shrink wrapping machine - on a single chassis is the
SLM 4055T.
SLM 4055T Semi-Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine
The SLM 4055T shrink wrapping machine offers a monoblock, compact L sealer and shrink
tunnel.
The plan sealing dimensions are 550 mm by 400 mm. The maximum pack height is 150
mm.
Please note that the maximum sealing dimensions must be reduced by half the height
of the pack. The service requirements are 415/380 volts 3 phase and neutral 50 Hz
20 amps per phase.

Power requirements for L-sealers and Shrink Tunnels:-
All L - Sealers
require 240 volts AC 50 hz 15 amps.
All shrink tunnels require 440/415 volts 3 phase 20 amps per phase.
