Our

Shrink packaging machinery ranges from manual packaging machines,

by their output speeds.
For
shrink wrapping, the packaging machine consists of a sealer that creates two
dimensional bags from
shrink film on the reel, and a shrink tunnel that applies heat
to the wrapped pack, causing the elastic memory of the film to be activated.
Packaging machinery used in shrink wrapping is more commonly called a Chamber
or
Bubble packaging machine when manual with contained heat, a L - sealer when conventionally
manual and semi or fully automatic, and a side seal or flow wrap packaging machine
when constructed for maximum production capacity.
Shrink film packaging involves the need to analyse a number of factors so that the
final product packaging is fit for purpose.
Shrink
packaging must consider the ultimate product packaging - the desired end
result - and work back to take account of the packaging machinery, the packaging
film and the form of the pack itself.
